Covid19 Precautionary Measures.
Your safety and our safety is of the upmost importance during this pandemic; We will be taking all necessary precautions to keep you safe and in return we ask you to please respect the social distancing measures and we ask you to please follow our guidance too.
- Our van will be equipped with face masks, gloves, hand sanitiser and anti bacterial cleaners.
- We will not enter your home, or pass through any shared access area in order to access your hot tub .
- The engineer and hot tub owner must remain 2 meters apart at all times and a maximum of one member of the household should be in contact with the technician at any time.
- Where possible, our engineer shall avoid direct contact with you and communicate with you via telephone to either obtain further information, to give an estimate, or to give advice where applicable. Please keep your phone at hand in case we need to contact you during the visit.
- Please remain indoors unless the engineer needs to physically show you something.
- Keep family members and pets indoors during our visit.
- Prior to our engineers arrival, please make sure that there is a accessible socket outlet available and access to the hose pipe.
- Where possible, please pay by bank transfer. We shall forward a copy of your invoice to your email, ensuring that the paperwork remains non-contact.
- If we start to show/feel any symptoms of Covid, we will self isolate as per the government guidelines.
- If you, or any of your household are showing/feeling any symptoms or self-isolating, please notify us immediately so that we can reschedule your appointment.
- If any of the above conditions are not adhered to, our engineer will leave the site and you will still be charged for the visit.
